Octal to Decimal Pretty easy Algortihm

1. Accept the Octal value.
2. Now create a while loop which works on the value of octal value if it is not == 0
3. Now find remainder of octal number when divide by 10.
4. Now multiply it with the correct power of 8 with succesive digit seperation.
5. Divide the number by 10 to shorten and remove the operated digit and thus increase the operation.
